Camillo joined PetIQ as Chief Executive Officer in February 2025.

Camillo is a seasoned executive with over 32 years of international experience at U.S., European and Asian public multinational consumer companies. He has a strong track record delivering value and growth in multi-channel, multi-cultural and multi-category consumer businesses through innovation, operational and strategic excellence, consumer-centric strategies and a commitment to developing high-performance teams.

Prior to PetIQ, Camillo served as Group CEO of Health & Happiness Group, a global health and nutrition company. Previously, he served as CEO of Coty, one of the largest beauty companies in the world, where he led the company through a merger with the P&G Specialty Beauty business. He also spent nearly 20 years at Reckitt Benckiser in consumer health-focused operational and strategic roles. He is currently the Chairman of Alliance Pharma, a global consumer health company.

A native Italian, Camillo started his career working for Kraft in Italy. He graduated from the University of Bocconi in Milan with a degree in business administration. He is married, has two teenage sons and enjoys travelling, playing tennis and spending time with his family. Camillo speaks fluent English, Portuguese and Italian.

John Pearson
PetIQ President & Chief Revenue Officer

John joined PetIQ in 2022 and has served as its President and Chief Revenue Officer since February 2025.

John is an accomplished consumer- and retail-focused operations executive with a strong track record across multiple product categories in Food and Consumables in the U.S. Upon joining PetIQ in May 2022, he led the Sales, Marketing and Services team during a period of rapid growth and transformation for the company.

Prior to PetIQ, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Good2Go Stores, a multi-state convenience store chain, where he nearly doubled revenues while delivering on several transformative strategic initiatives. Previously, John spent 11 years at Walmart, primarily in Category Management.

John earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in business from the University of Arkansas. He is married with five children and two lovable puppies and enjoys boating with his family, skiing and golfing. He is actively involved with his church and in the community.

Jissan Cherian
PetIQ CMO Company

Jissan joined PetIQ as Chief Marketing Officer in May 2025.
Jissan Cherian is an accomplished marketing executive with over 20 years of international experience leading and developing brand strategies across U.S., Europe, and Asia. His approach to modern marketing and consumer-centric experiences has driven notable share growth, brand modernization, strong innovation, and new consumer recruitment.
In his role at PETIQ, Jissan is responsible for leading portfolio brand strategy, media and advertising, new product development, as well, as consumer research and insights.
Prior to PETIQ, Jissan worked at Haleon, formerly GSK Consumer Healthcare, where he spent 13 years across brands like TUMS, Benefiber, Voltaren, Horlicks, and Aquafresh. He has also worked in consulting and technology roles at Deloitte Consulting and Microsoft Corporation.
Jissan earned a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin in MIS and his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University in Marketing and International Management. He is married with two children and they have a wonderful family dog.

Julia
Sr. Vice President – Human Resources

Julia joined PetIQ in June of 2023 and has served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at PetIQ, since November 2025.

Prior to her current role, Julia served as Vice President of Human Resources, where she led all core HR functions and drove several strategic initiatives, including the transformation of our HR Information System, the development of our employee engagement and feedback strategy, and the rollout of our updated company mission and values.

Julia brings nearly two decades of HR leadership experience spanning retail, high-growth startups, and Fortune 500 companies —helping organizations scale while maintaining a strong focus on people and culture. Her career includes leadership roles with Lowe’s Home Improvement, PartnerHero, a fast-growing international outsourcing startup and Hewlett Packard.
Julia attended Boise State University, where her dedication to people and this community truly took root. She is married and the proud mother of two daughters, Outside of work, Julia enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, and spending time with her family.

Jeff Caywood
PetIQ CFO Company

Jeff joined PetIQ in 2014 and has served as Chief Financial Officer since January 2025.

An experienced finance executive, Jeff has been with PetIQ for over a decade, playing a key role in the company’s growth and strategic initiatives. Prior to becoming CFO, Jeff was SVP of Finance and Treasurer, helping lead lead PetIQ through its successful IPO in 2017, multiple acquisitions, transformative business initiatives and various debt offerings and refinances. Prior to joining PetIQ, he held finance and treasury leadership roles at St. Luke’s Health System, the largest health care provider in Idaho, and SuperValu Inc, a wholesaler and retailer of grocery product.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting focus from the College of Idaho and an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University. Jeff is married and has two sons. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family, whether it be hiking, skiing or spending weekends by the lake.

William Carter
PetIQ Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary Company

Bill joined PetIQ [as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in August 2023.

Bill is an accomplished C-Suite retail and digital commerce executive with an extensive background in corporate law and business at both public and private companies. In addition to operating his own law firm, Bill’s career includes 10 years as lead counsel for Albertsons. He previously served as SVP of Business Affairs for ChromaDex, a publicly traded, global bioscience company and as Chief Legal and Global Regulatory Compliance Officer for Bodybuilding.com.

Bill is Co-Founder, General Counsel and Board Member for both Sage International School of Boise and the Air Sea Heritage Foundation, Inc, and General Counsel and Board Member for The International Group of Historic Aircraft Recovery.

Bill has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor of Science, Political Science & International Relations from Boise State University. Bill is an Ohio native who lives in Boise and enjoys spending time with his two daughters.

Chad Lyon
PetIQ Executive Vice President – Operations

Chad joined PetIQ in March of 2015 and has served as Executive Vice President of Operations since July 2024.

Chad has been instrumental in leading PetIQ’s Operations functions through a period of tremendous growth. He has played a key role in helping PetIQ integrate several acquisitions into the organization, and successfully led PetIQ’s supply, production and logistics functions through the challenging COVID environment.

Prior to joining PetIQ, Chad served in various leadership roles for more than 10 years at SUPERVALU, one of the largest grocery wholesalers and retailers in the United States.

Chad graduated from Carroll College in Helena, Montana, with a degree in business administration. He also holds an MBA from Boise State University. Chad lives in Idaho and is married with two children. In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family, skiing, fishing and boating.
